2-litre heat-exchanger machine with electrically heated Bezzera group, manual push-button control and a rotary pump for direct water.
BZ16 PM R has a 2-litre heat exchanger and directly electrically heated Bezzera group, allowing espresso and steam at the same time. The user starts and stops every shot with the push button. The R version uses a rotary pump, direct water inlet and direct drain. Two pressure gauges show boiler and brew pressure; temperature control is conventional and has no PID.
