Flagship dual-boiler machine with automatic dosing, three PID controls, rotary pump and 3.5-inch touch display.
Matrix DE combines a separately PID-heated Bezzera group with dedicated coffee and service boilers, each with its own PID. Four programmable doses stop extraction automatically. The touch display manages temperatures, pre-infusion, cleaning and schedules; the machine works from a tank or direct water connection and has adjustable RGB side panels.
