Bezzera BZ16 DE S

2-litre heat-exchanger machine with electrically heated Bezzera group, automatic dosing, vibration pump and 4-litre water tank.

BZ16 DE S has a 2-litre heat exchanger and directly electrically heated Bezzera group, allowing espresso and steam at the same time. Four programmable doses and a continuous key provide repeatable automatic stopping, while electronic pre-infusion supports even wetting. The S version uses a 4-litre tank and vibration pump and needs no water or drain connection. Two pressure gauges show boiler and brew pressure; temperature control is conventional and has no PID.
